Lifemaxx is a small, family-run cottage food operation in Pompano Beach, Florida. We keep the information we collect to the minimum we need to take your pre-order and talk to you about it, and we do not sell it.
When you place a pre-order or contact us, we collect the information you give us directly: your name, your email address, and any details you add in the optional message field (for example, allergy notes or shipping instructions). We do not ask for, and the pre-order form does not collect, payment card numbers.
If we begin accepting payment online, checkout will be handled by a third-party payment processor, and your card details will be entered directly with that processor rather than stored by us.
We use your information to confirm and fulfill your pre-order, to respond to your questions, to tell you about the status of your order, and to reach you if there is a problem — including if we are unable to fulfill your order and need to arrange a refund. We will only send you marketing or promotional email if you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. When you submit the pre-order form, your name, email, and message are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-delivery service that only forwards the message and does not use it for its own purposes. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare, and our webfonts are served by Google Fonts — both receive standard technical data (like your IP address) simply from your browser loading the page, the way any web host or font provider does. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you and does not follow you to other websites. We use no advertising trackers on this site. We do not currently use a payment processor; if we begin accepting payment online, checkout will be handled by a named third-party processor, and this policy will be updated first.
We keep your order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfill your order and for our ordinary business and record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
This site’s design, layout, and some of its written copy were created with the help of AI tools, and some product photos were edited or enhanced with AI-assisted tools. AI does not make decisions about your order and is never given access to the personal information you submit — your pre-order goes straight to our inbox as described above.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from any emails, by contacting us at [email protected]. We answer within two business days and complete access, correction, or deletion requests within 30 days.
Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We may update this policy as the business grows; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Questions? Email [email protected].
